Being Good vs. Feeling Good
Jun 11, 2021Our feelings are just information from our brain. They are the way our brain communicates with the rest of the body.
When we feel negative emotion, it’s a signal to the body that the brain believes something’s gone wrong.
But so often we make our negative emotion mean that we are wrong. We assume that if we were good and if we were doing good, we would feel good.
But your goodness is not ever in question and it doesn’t go up and down with the feelings your brain creates.
You are not your feelings. And your feelings never, ever determine your worthiness. Really. And I explain it all in today’s video. I hope it helps!
At the end of the month, I am offering a free class on “How to Love Your Life.” It will be on June 25th at 12 pm PDT. I’ll teach you my best tools to love your life, and coach you on everything that’s in the way of that. It’s gonna be awesome. You can register here.
