God's Choices and You

We often assume that we know how God feels about us. Most of us think that he loves us but is also pretty disappointed. And we base that assumption on our actions, on what we do, on how we live and behave, on how we show up in our lives.

But God’s feelings are never created by what we do or don’t do. His feelings are always created by his choices and is never dependent on our actions. And that means that God loves us because of the choices he makes, not because of the choices we make!
